Through the Church of the Everlasting Kingdom, Dr. Pulley provides spiritual covering for leaders of churches, networks, alliances and organizations. No matter our title or our position, we never outgrow being “pastored.” Like the centurion, leaders have the two-fold responsibility to be in authority and under authority (Matthew 8:5-13). We learn to use our spiritual authority effectively and efficiently when we are submitted to another and have a system of checks and balances (Ephesians 5:21, Hebrews 13:7,17).
