Through the Church of the Everlasting Kingdom, Dr. Pulley provides spiritual covering for ministries.  Everyone whom God calls is not called to be the Spiritual Leader of a local assembly (I Corinthians 12:27-31). Some are called to lead ministries outside of the church that support the church and the community (prison, outreach, recovery, etc.). Many are anointed to specialize and serve one segment of the population (men, women, youth, seniors, couples, singles, etc.). It has been proven that these targeted ministries are more effective when they have proper spiritual oversight.
